Thank you for choosing me to take you on this beautiful journey of sound healing! I am honored to share these sacred sounds with you! I love incorporating tools like breathwork, visualization, tapping, voice & music to help you connect to yourself. These sessions truly nourish your mind, body & soul!
To get the most out of your session, I recommend you go through below guidelines.
What is an Empowered sound bath?
Sound bath is a relaxation/healing practice where the participants lie down or sit comfortably, and the meditation facilitator plays various instruments like Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, Chimes, and Gongs. I will introduce you to somatic movements, breathwork & you will walk away with tools that empower you to connect to yourself and listen to your inner wisdom.
How long is one session?
Group sessions are usually 60 minutes long.
What do I have to do during a sound bath?
All you have to do is lie down on your mat or sit comfortably in a chair, close your eyes and listen to my voice as I guide you to relax and play various instruments.
What should I wear?
Wear relaxed loose fitting comfortable clothing.
What to bring?
A yoga mat or a small sheet that you can lie down on, a pillow, small shawl, or a blanket to cover you and an eye mask or a small towel to cover your eyes. Also, bring a water bottle to stay hydrated after the session.
How to be prepared for the session?
Since you will be lying down, avoid having a heavy meal and caffeinated drinks right before the session. Eat a light meal a few hours before the session. I also recommend avoiding consuming alcohol right after the session. Give yourself some time and opportunity to reflect and feel the shift in your energy.
